The app
Whodoggit is provided by Neele Barthel, Kapellenstrasse 33, 5302 Henndorf am Wallersee, Austria. Downloading and using the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Purchases
The Dog Park and Whodoggit Complete are one-time purchases made through the App Store. Apple handles payment, receipts and refunds. Whodoggit Complete includes every location released in the app, now and later, for as long as the app is offered.
Your content
Photos of your dog stay on your device. You’re responsible for having the right to use the photos you add.
Liability
We build Whodoggit with care but can’t guarantee it is free of errors. Liability is limited as far as the law allows; liability for intent and gross negligence remains.
Law
Austrian law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected.
